Our dedicated Lettings Consultants offer Tenant and Landlord support services operating out of our Nottingham office. Our team of expert Property Managers will be local to their portfolio and on the forefront dealing with Tenants and Landlords face to face; alongside managing the properties. The medium-term business plan is to create one of the UK’s leading property management companies, operating truly nationally and delivering customer service excellence to tens of thousands of tenants and landlords.
With our distinctive dialogue and lettings acumen we are able to build and maintain strong relationships and understand your needs in providing an outstanding Tenant/ Landlord experience. Direct Lettings draws on over 130 years of heritage as a leading property services business and is owned and run by a team who have spent their entire careers dedicated to the property, surveying and financial services markets. Direct Lettings is the latest collaboration by Shepherd Direct and is a natural extension to the existing businesses, which are all focused on creating value from and delivering customer excellence in the property sector.
The founders and shareholders of Direct Lettings include former CEO, MD and Directors of First Direct, Egg, Virgin Money and Connells, as well as qualified surveyors who are Members and Fellows of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
